4. Live Data & Accuracy

The application gives real-time scores and commentary on cricket matches, and even related news. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and up-to-the-minute updates, we will not be held liable for the discrepancies, delays, or interruptions of any information in terms of accuracy, appointing logic and intention the timeliness, or comprehensiveness.

5. Warranties Not Included

There is no warranty that the App will not be interrupted or will be secure or available without an error because the App is provided to you “as is” and “as available.”

Without limitation to the above, as far as the law permits, all warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including but not limited to fitness for purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fox Prime Live Line, its owners, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

Your usage of the App can be suspended by us anytime without notice if the Terms are breached. Access to the App will also be terminated whenever deemed fit without notice.

8. Modifications to the Terms

The Terms may be changed from time to time. Users will be advised about changes by placing a date next to the “Last Updated Date” at the top of the page. Users continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the Terms.
